Q. How do I purchase?

You can place your order through our website, but there is a quantity limit through the web, in case you want a larger quantity than allowed, please contact us at info@ceramicalanuestra.com to place your order.

Q. Can I change the color or size of the piece?

In some cases we can make some modifications. In other models we do not do it, for special orders do it in info@ceramicalanuestra.com

Q. Do I have to pay extra taxes if I’m based outside Europe?

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Our courier will contact you in advance of delivering the goods. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
